Have a hot coffee with a hearty breackfast or some fruit juice with the healthy version. a cold beer after a swim and some local food for lunch. Tea in the afternoon with a peace of cashew tart. Now, prepare for some serious decision making later wheather it's time for a pizza, a steack, ribbs, hamburger, or a big salad... an espresso as digestivo and ready we are for the party, the gins, rums, and whiskeys!
